STAMP DUTY

If you are buying a house, your quote will show a fee called “SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) Submission" cost.

This is a disbursement charged to us for sending the SDLT Return to HMRC on your behalf. It is not the same as the stamp duty tax you may need to pay to the government.
